Top Air Travel Apps on iOS in Estonia: Q4 2024 Performance

In the fourth quarter of 2024, Estonia's iOS platform saw notable activity in the air travel app category. According to data from Sensor Tower, airBaltic, Ryanair, Tallink Silja Line, Finnair, and Flightradar24 | Flight Tracker demonstrated varied performance trends across downloads and revenue.

The airBaltic app experienced a significant spike in downloads, peaking at 3.2K in the week of October 21. This was a standout figure compared to the rest of the quarter, where downloads generally hovered between 200 and 500.

Ryanair showed a gradual decline in downloads, starting at 373 in early October and dipping to 179 by mid-December. However, a slight recovery was observed towards the end of the year, with downloads reaching 242 in the last week.

For Tallink Silja Line, downloads fluctuated between 164 and 297 throughout the quarter. The app maintained a relatively stable presence in the market, closing the year at 255 downloads.

The Finnair app saw a consistent pattern, with downloads ranging from 167 to 257 over the quarter. It recorded its highest weekly downloads at 257 in late November.

Flightradar24 | Flight Tracker exhibited a unique trend with its revenue, peaking at $318 in late October. Downloads, however, remained modest, with a notable increase to 344 in the week leading up to Christmas.
